CEMS - The Global Alliance in Management Education or CEMS (formerly the Community of European Management Schools and International Companies) is a cooperation of the world's leading business schools and universities with multinational companies and NGOs. The CEMS Global Alliance includes 29 academic institutions from 5 continents, over 70 corporate partners and 4 social partners from around the globe.〔http://www.cems.org/about-cems/overview/key-facts-figures〕 CEMS administers delivery of the CEMS MIM degree in its member schools, supports the CEMS Alumni Association (CAA) and facilitates general cooperation among its members. The CEMS MIM has consistently ranked in the top 10 of the Financial Times Master’s in Management ranking since its creation in 2005.〔(http://rankings.ft.com/businessschoolrankings/masters-in-management-2015 )〕 ==CEMS MIM== CEMS Master's in International Management (CEMS MIM) is a one-year degree program taught jointly by CEMS business schools and universities available to a select group of students at the member institutions. Created in 1988 by founding members from the University of Cologne, HEC Paris, ESADE and the Università Bocconi, the CEMS MIM was the first supra-national MSc.〔http://www.forbes.com/sites/mattsymonds/2014/05/20/the-rise-and-rise-of-the-masters-in-management/〕 The aim of CEMS is to set a global standard of excellence for pre-experience Master’s programs in Management, providing education and research for students who aspire to play a leading role in the development and direction of enterprises in a global context. These individuals will show leadership through: * high academic standards and professional skills * ability to perform effectively in a fast changing environment * empathy with different cultures, values and behaviors * willingness to take responsibility within society CEMS MIM consists of a base semester (usually part of the standard degree at the home university) followed by a second semester spent abroad in a fellow CEMS member school. In addition to completing one's home degree, graduation from CEMS also requires successful completion of a business project, skill seminars, an international internship, and 2 foreign language exams. While the CEMS MIM is a high-quality academic degree, its unique characteristics lie in the additional focus on practical business skills, language proficiency and early international experience. Every CEMS academic member has a limited number of places available for the CEMS MIM intake, therefore, the selection process is challenging and in many cases, schools may have pre-requisites to be admitted into the selection process, including a high grade average and proof of language skills. The selection process differs slightly among the academic members, but often it is required to already be enrolled or selected for a Master of Business degree with a member university prior to applying for the CEMS MIM. All of the CEMS graduates receive both a degree from their home institution as well as from CEMS, thus the CEMS MIM is often referred to as a "dual-degree". 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「Global Alliance in Management Education」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
